Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Wishfolio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.
2. Apple Standard EULA
When Wishfolio is downloaded from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless these Terms provide additional or different terms. Apple's Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
3. The Wishfolio Service
Wishfolio lets you save and organize products from social and social-commerce content. You can submit supported URLs or media, and Wishfolio uses automated and AI-assisted processing to extract possible products, brands, categories, colors, source signals, confidence values, and creator notes. Extraction results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or outdated.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content and URLs you submit and must have the rights or permission needed to submit them for processing. You may not use Wishfolio for illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, automated, or security-compromising activity. You may not misuse the backend, APIs, import queues, subscriptions, promotions, or quota systems. You may not attempt to bypass premium access rules, free import limits, rate limits, account deletion safeguards, authentication, or abuse-prevention controls. You may not reverse engineer the app or service except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Purchases are handled through Apple's App Store and may be managed by RevenueCat. If Wishfolio offers an auto-renewing subscription, the price, duration, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, where Apple's subscription rules apply. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Premium status removes the free import count limit for direct imports while the subscription or entitlement is active. Operational limits, queue capacity limits, duplicate import checks, active import limits, safety checks, and provider availability limits may still apply. Free users may receive a limited number of imports. Free import limits are enforced per account and through the abuse-prevention quota ledger described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes the app account and account-tied content from the Wishfolio backend subject to the retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy, including billing, security, legal, and fraud-prevention records such as the non-reversible quota ledger hash.
7. Intellectual Property
Wishfolio, including the app, backend, designs, software, and service features, is owned by Wishfolio or its operator and licensors. You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Wishfolio a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, analyze, transform, display, and create extraction results from your submitted content and URLs as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.
8. Third-Party Content and Services
Social platforms, websites, app stores, payment providers, attribution providers, AI providers, and media providers are third-party services. Wishfolio is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other third-party platforms unless we expressly say otherwise. Third-party content, product pages, prices, availability, media URLs, account access, APIs, and platform rules may change or become unavailable.
9. Disclaimers
Wishfolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that imports, AI output, product identification, brands, categories, colors, creator notes, search results, subscription state, notifications, or third-party integrations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Wishfolio does not guarantee that any product is available, authentic, correctly priced, safe, lawful, or suitable for you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishfolio and its operator are not responsible for indirect, unexpected, or consequential losses, including lost data, service interruptions, device issues, third-party actions, or inaccurate product extraction results. Some laws do not allow certain limits, so these limits may not apply to you.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Wishfolio if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused quotas or subscriptions, attempted fraud, attacked the service, or used the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or Wishfolio. You may stop using Wishfolio at any time and may delete your account in the app.
12. Governing Law
No specific governing law or venue is stated until Wishfolio confirms and publishes one. Mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you may still apply regardless of this section.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Wishfolio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
